If you would like to place a catering order, please send an email to catering@osteria16.dk with the following information:

1. Number of people. Minimum 10 servings.
2. Date and time. The food must be ordered at least 3 days before you need it.
3. Menu selection. Specify which of our dishes you would like to order.
4. Pick-up / delivery. Choose between pick-up or delivery by taxi. (we order the taxi and you pay when it arrives).
5. Payment. Let us know whether you would like to pay by invoice, MobilePay, or card.

01. Grilled vegetables

Aubergine, zucchini, bell pepper, onions and more, grilled and marinated in oil, vinegar, lemon and herbs.

02. Vitello tonnato

Thinly sliced veal with a creamy tuna and capers sauce. A classic antipasti from Piemonte.

03. Polpo salad

Boiled octopus marinated together with fresh seasonal vegetables from Italy.

04. Prosciutto

Thinly sliced prosciutto from Parma.

05. Caprese

Buffalo mozzarella with marinated datterino tomatoes, salad onions and basil.

06. Puntarelle

Crisp Italian chicory salad with oil, lemon, anchovy and parmesan.
(Available from December  – April.)

07. Polpo carpaccio

Thin slices of cooked and pressed octopus, marinated with lime, chili oil and salt. Served on rocket, lamb's lettuce or other greens.

08. Baccalà w. crostini

Salted cod cooked in milk and whipped to a creamy and rich consistency following the Osteria 16 recipe. Served with crispy crostini and a touch of lemon.

09. Bresaola

Thinly sliced air-dried beef fillet served with rocket.

10. Roast beef w. balsamic and gremolata

Thin slices of roast beef with balsamic and fresh gremolata of parsley, lemon and parmesan.

11. Polpetta in umido

Meatballs in tomato sauce with parmesan on top.
Reheat in the oven for 15 minutes for warm serving. (Serve with slices of fresh bread if desired)

12. Cannellini bean w. bruschetta

Beans cooked with onion, parmesan and passata.
Reheat in the oven for 15 minutes before serving warm.

13. Pasta w. salsiccia ragù

Heat the pasta and ragù in the oven at 190°C for 15 minutes. Keep the lid on the pasta but remove it from the ragù before placing in the oven. Stir the ragù once or twice during heating. Then mix everything well together with parmesan in the larger foil tray just before serving.

14. Pasta w. aubergine and tomatoes (vegetarian)

Heat the pasta and the sauce in the oven at 190°C for 15 minutes.
Keep the lid on the pasta but remove it from the sauce before placing in the oven. Stir the sauce once or twice during heating. Then mix everything well together with parmesan in the larger foil tray just before serving.

15. Bread

Sourdough bread (approx. 950 grams)

16. Wine

Choose between our wines (from our own wineyards in piemonte)
- Senzasioni: 100% Piemonte Viognier, a white wine with fresh structure and pronounced fruit aromas, ideal with seafood and light dishes.
- Barbera d´asti: 100% Barbera piedmont red wine with notes of cherry and red berries, fresh acidity and smooth finish. Ideal with pasta and light meat dishes.
- Ruche DOCG: 100% ruche grapes. A varietal wine made entirely from the Ruche grape, showing its floral and aromatic character.
